The Hone Coworks location at Great Oaks Office Park is now officially “award winning” – we are the proud recipient of the 2021 Town of Guilderland Beautification Award for “Best Overall.”
Each year the Town of Guilderland partners with the Guilderland Chamber to select a series of award winners based on construction and remodel projects carried out in the previous year. The Best Overall award is given to a business or organization who not only transforms a space or building but creates a noteworthy community space for the Town of Guilderland. Hone, which opened in September of 2020, is the first flexible office and coworking space in the Town.
“With Hone, our goal is to simultaneously inspire and remove workaday distractions so each member can be their most productive self,” said Sara McDonnell, Director of Community Growth & Operations at Hone. “We believe a combination of good design and good service can do that.”
Rosenblum previously received the 2015 Town of Guilderland Beautification “Green” Award for numerous initiatives undertaken by the company to ensure that Great Oaks Office Park is both aesthetically pleasing and more environmentally sustainable.
“This acknowledgment from the Town of Guilderland and our peers at the Guilderland Chamber is an important affirmation that we are executing on our principles and being good stewards as well as good neighbors,” said Jeff Mirel, Principal at Rosenblum Development Corporation, which operates Hone.
