Mediation. Arbitration. Collaboration.

What is something unexpected you have experienced or learned at your company?
I am new to NYSDRA so it has been interesting learning about all the different ways that conflict and dispute resolution has, and can be, incorporated into our everyday lives to make for a more peaceful society.

What inspires you at work?
I am inspired by the 750+ volunteers that selflessly give of their time and talent each day making New York State a more collaborative, cooperative citizenry.

What is your favorite thing about working from Hone?
Hone has placed all my primary business needs within arms’ reach, saving our organization both time and money.



What is your favorite restaurant in Albany/Capital Region?
While I do not eat out much, my favorite new spot is actually a bakery – Pearl’s Bagel & Bakery located in Crestwood Plaza in Albany. They have fantastic vegan options!

What is one skill you would love to learn?
Swimming. I sink like a rock.

What is your secret talent?
Not sure if it is a “talent” but most people do not know that I ride a motorcycle. Just sold my old one and looking for a new one.

What is one item on your bucket list?
Going on a hot air balloon ride.

What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives?
Travel abroad in order to gain a better understanding of different people and cultures.

Would you rather have all traffic lights you approach be green or never have to stand in
line again?
Definitely never have to stand in line again. I enjoy spending time in the car.

If you could choose to remain an age forever, what age would you choose?
Sweet 16. Turn the clock back, please! 😊

If you could spend a day with anyone, who would it be and why?
Indra Nooyi. She impresses me as a grounded executive with a clear and consistent moral compass.
