I help leaders identify opportunities in their company and close gaps in team dynamics.

The Cafe. I like to meet and chat with others, and it is a great gathering place.
In your professional opinion, what quality should all leaders have to help improve their workplace?
Empathy.
Where do you plan to be in 5 years?
Professionally, I aim to become a leading expert in emotional intelligence and work motivation, helping organizations integrate intrinsic motivation into the workplace. Personally, I plan to complete my Doctorate in Business Administration and grow my family.
What was your first job?
I was a crew member, cleaning lobbies and entryways at a restaurant.

What’s a fun hobby or interest you have?
I like to write poetry and used to host poetry workshops in college.
What’s your personal motto?

Watching a true crime documentary with a glass of wine.
